Quality Assurance

Welch's Fresh Grapes are subject to a rigorous quality assurance program. Each co-packer's growing practices are audited to protect the consumer's trust in the Welch's brand. An inspection team ensures that product adheres to Welch's quality standards, and a grower identification number printed at the bottom of each bag allows CHRW to identify problem areas quickly. In addition, there is a toll-free number on each bag of fruit, which C.H. Robinson uses to monitor commodities, retailers and other issues.
